Mannetje Pulepetater walks away from the house where he lived with children who do not have daddy and mom.

He wants to discover the world, but he gets quickly lost. It's raining and he doesn't know where he should sleep. Mannetje Pulepetater finds finally a nice place with friendly people.

And then begins the story about this little lovable boy and his friends from the circus...
